Stamping Prototypes
As a worldwide leader in prototype stampings, Aphase II had a solid reputation of solving complex prototype stamping problems. Our designers and engineers work with advanced solid modeling CAD packages to analyze part geometry and functionality for small, medium and large size parts. With this math data, we quickly and accurately program our CNC manufacturing systems to produce the required tool designs and cutter path generation.
Simultaneously, we generate all the necessary checking fixtures, gages and tooling. We have complete in-house three- and six-axis laser cutting capability, and a stamping facility that can maintain short-run production capability of up to 50,000 parts. In these ways, we can assist customers when delays in product launches require temporary part/assembly production.
